What is the Cryo Archive zone in Marathon?

The Marathon Cryo Archive is considered to be the fourth zone — map, essentially — in the game, but it isn’t available at launch. That’s because players must unlock the path to orbit first, meaning Cryo Archive is essentially a collective objective for every Marathonplayer to strive for.
