IGN journalist Ryan McCaffrey has provided an important clarification with a message on X. It seems “traffic was intentionally tuned down here in order to focus more on the environment/world of Japan.” Much heavier traffic will be featured in Forza Horizon 6.

With its release on Xbox Series X|S and PC just over two months away, Forza Horizon 6 is making waves with a new presentation. This time, we have IGN to thank, which will be dedicating the next few weeks to the racing game from Playground Games.
To start with, we are treated to over 8 minutes of gameplay. It’s available in 4K on YouTube and shows a development version of Forza Horizon 6, so some things may change between now and the launch.
The excerpt in question is a simple drive through the Japanese open world of this sixth installment.
