After the frenzy of The Game Awards, the pressure is easing and releases are becoming fewer and farther between. This week is mainly marked by the launch of ports and other indie titles on PC.
Let’s take a look at these new releases without further ado.

Let’s continue with an action-roguelite title that can be played solo or cooperatively with up to three players. Similar to a MOBA, you’ll have to choose between several champions and collect as much loot as possible within a huge factory.
PIONER

This is an extremely ambitious FPS MMO set in a very dark world. It offers numerous PvE missions, PvP zones, and a highly original crafting system. Hundreds of weapons will be at our disposal. We can also count on a compelling story.
Varthos – Heir to the Throne

The Rogue Prince of Persia
- December 16, 2025 on Switch and Switch 2
Among this week’s ports is this roguelite based on Ubisoft’s famous franchise. Each death gives the prince a new chance to save Persia. You’ll need to master the combat system and parkour, which is as fluid as it is dynamic.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splinter’s Fate
- December 16, 2025 on Switch 2
The famous turtles return in an action-roguelike game. The objective is fairly simple: save Splinter, who has been captured by the Foot Clan. During your journey, you can acquire skills and team up with other players in co-op mode.
SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded

After a highly controversial initial temporary launch, Splitgate 2 is back under a new name. The free-to-play shooter now features five new arenas, six completely redesigned arenas, and three additional primary weapons. New features have also been added to make the gameplay even more fun.
System Shock
- December 18, 2025 on Switch and Switch 2
This FPS legend returned in May 2023 with a remake. It is this version that is coming to Nintendo consoles. The Switch 2 will benefit from a frame rate of 60 FPS and a resolution of up to 1440p. Several features, including mouse controls, are supported.
Fort Solis

Two and a half years after its initial release, the thriller is coming to Xbox. With its immersive storytelling, this title plunges us into a group of characters trying to survive until sunrise in a remote location on Mars.
Layers of Fear: The Final Masterpiece Edition
- December 19, 2025 on Switch 2
Finally, Bloober Team has decided to offer the ultimate version of its horror franchise to Switch 2 players. This experience combines the two games in the franchise and their DLC, and includes bonus chapters. All for around €40.
