Square Enix would like to inform purchasers of Dragon Quest VII Reimagined Deluxe Edition of an issue that only affects the Xbox Series and Windows versions of the RPG.
Currently, it is impossible to retrieve rewards and downloadable content through “Claim Special Rewards” in the game’s “System” tab. The developers are currently investigating the issue with the aim of fixing it.
As a reminder, Dragon Quest VII Reimagined is available for preview for Deluxe Edition owners on February 3, 2026. Those who went for the the standard edition will have to wait until February 5.
