In fact, Wildlight Entertainment has yet to say anything since December 12, 2025, the date the game was announced. It must be said that the studio has faced a lot of criticism for creating a title that internet users consider too common. Some even go so far as to predict a fate similar to Concord, which only lasted two weeks before shutting down its servers.
On IGN’s YouTube channel, the trailer for Highguard has 432,000 views, 4,714 likes, and 54,000 dislikes. Given this hostile environment, we imagine that Wildlight Entertainment will have to carefully calculate its next move before making any further announcements.
