Possibly scheduled for release around the end of 2027, The Witcher 4 will undoubtedly be the most ambitious game in CD Projekt RED’s history. It could also be very costly for the Polish studio.
If a previous report estimated the game’s expenses at €332 million, the fourth installment of the saga could ultimately have an even larger budget. According to the Poland-based platform Strefa Inwestorów, The Witcher 4 will generate expenses of $800 million, including development and marketing costs.
As for Cyberpunk 2, the analysis firm is currently estimating a budget of $416 million due to the addition of a multiplayer mode. The game could be released in December 2030.
Of course, these are only predictions that have not been confirmed by CD Projekt RED.
