Earlier today, we got some rumors about the launch of Starfield on PS5 on April 7, 2026. While this information should be taken with a grain of salt as of now, there’s another rumor, this time about the Switch 2 version.
On ResetEra, renowned insider Shinobi602 stated that the Starfield port for the Nintendo console has been internally delayed. Worse still, he believes that its release is no longer guaranteed and that it could be canceled altogether.
We do not yet know the reasons for this hypothetical cancellation.
