The RTX 50 SUPER could be released in spring 2026

Rumors about the RTX 50 SUPER are popping everywhere, but Benchlife is tempering expectations: don’t expect a launch for CES 2026. The most likely window would be between March and May 2026.

According to initial reports, this refreshed range will mainly focus on increasing memory: 24 GB of GDDR7 for the RTX 5080 SUPER and 5070 Ti SUPER, and up to 18 GB for the 5070 SUPER. A few increases in CUDA cores are also planned, at the cost of higher power consumption.

For the moment, no partners have received official notification. It is therefore best to consider any date earlier than spring 2026 as pure speculation.
