An extremely promising title was announced this week. Developed by Paradark Studio, ExeKiller will be released on PC at an unknown date.
This is a single-player FPS set in a post-apocalyptic world with a western atmosphere. It takes place in 1970s New York City, in an alternate reality. The player takes on the role of Denzel Fenix, a bounty hunter working for a powerful corporation. He will discover the truth about his past and must choose how to fight the good fight.
The action in ExeKiller takes place in semi-open areas with a central hub. Additional regions will become accessible as the game progresses. Progression will be via mods rather than XP. The vehicle called “Appaloosa” will allow players to move around freely. Finally, choices will be at the heart of the adventure, as several options will be available to us in each quest. Our decisions will influence the behavior of NPCs, dialogues, and the ending of the game.
