Baldur’s Gate 3

Larian Studios’ Baldur’s Gate 3 manages to deepen any romantic experience by also offering one of the best character creators, meaning you can truly put yourself in the shoes of someone who wants to, for example, get hot ‘n’ heavy with Astarion. Relationships unfold organically, influenced by your choices, moral alignment, and party interactions–often rewarding you with the final culmination of your efforts as the pair go to bed together. Each companion brings unique desires, boundaries, and vulnerabilities, making a spicy scene feel personal and well-earned.
It’s no coincidence that some of the best Baldur’s Gate 3 mods are romance-related, including one that removes the limit on how many characters you can enjoy “private time” with. In fact, Larian Studios released some stats a year after release that showed players had smooched their companions more than 75 million times.
What elevates BG3’s intimate scenes is how the narrative impacts the relationships in your party–as reactions shift based on your decisions during battle or pivotal moral moments. For players who want mature themes without overt explicitness, BG3 strikes the perfect balance between heat and heart. You can also get it on with a bear, if that’s of any interest.
One Night Stand

If you’re looking for a more grounded, relatable take on intimacy, One Night Stand might be the game for you. Despite its name, this is no throwaway look at sex and relationships, but instead a layered visual-novel with multiple endings that casts a light on the lesser-explored corners of the titular interaction.
One Night Stand focuses on the morning after a spontaneous hookup, leaving you to explore clues about what happened the night before–and with whom. Through dream-like, hand-drawn art and branching choices, players navigate awkwardness and the surprising tenderness that can surface between strangers. If we’re talking pure spice, this element is more implied than shown, allowing the emotional conflict and chemistry to take center stage. The game is a refreshing and thoughtful story told with enough heart that it never feels too heavy.
Leisure Suit Larry Series

The Leisure Suit Larry series is well known among adventure game fans for its tongue-in-cheek (and sometimes in other places) humor mixed with point-and-click puzzle gameplay. While earlier entries lean almost entirely on their reputation for lewd jokes and smutty innuendo, the modern reimaginings–particularly Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry and Wet Dreams Dry Twice–deliver a more polished final product despite whatever was going on in the naming department.
It’s a fair old lottery whether you’re going to get a competent point-and-click with semi-charming awkward comedy, or an all-out disaster that doesn’t offer anything other than sexist tropes and janky puzzles. Steer clear, for example, of Reloaded or Box Office Bust, but maybe try the other two modern entries mentioned above.
Spicy moments are obviously fairly common in these games, but they’re more comedic than realistic, landing more like a gross-out joke than anything approaching genuine arousal. Still, we’d be wrong not to include these classic adventure games somewhere on the list. Just be aware that some of the content can be pretty sexist, gross, and, frankly, goofy as hell by today’s standards, depending on the game.

The Sims 4 WickedWhims mod

While we wouldn’t usually include a mere mod in such a list, The Sims 4’s WickedWhims mod (made by modder Turbodriver) is an exception to the rule. Not only is it a huge, game-changing addition to the base game, but also incredibly well-known and well-regarded by Simmers the world over. WooHoo-ing is taken to the next level with WickedWhims, introducing full nudity, sexual positions and acts, organic and more realistic pregnancy features, STDs, and sex-related Traits for your Sims to adopt. The mod also incorporates wider angles to reproductive health and sex-based culture, including an overhaul of the sweat overlays (to show exertion more clearly), a Strip Club business, birth control, menstrual cycles, and more.
A slightly more safe-for-work counterpart is WonderfulWhims, which focuses more on personality archetypes, attraction, and preferences, as well as periods, fertility, and birth control.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The Witcher 3 includes a fair dose of sensual moments, each of which are contextualized within Geralt’s character arc and arrive as a result of meaningful choices and roleplay. Who Geralt grows close to has consequences that echo throughout the story, with romance meaning more than a mere sidequest. The warmth, teasing, and tension between characters feel natural and earned, mature without being gratuitous.
After a campaign by fans to flesh out the love triangle between Geralt, Triss, and Yennefer, CD Projekt Red released a patch to satisfy Witcher 3 romance fans, further deepening what was already a fairly emotionally-charged and mature narrative experience to now include themes of loyalty and regret. If you love a cozy romantasy book where you can imagine yourself in place of one party, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s spicy-yet-emotional scenes will be a perfect fit.
Date Everything!

The spice in Date Everything! comes mainly from innuendo-filled back-and-forth banter and heavy flirting, as well as some risque outfits and the general anthropomorphized nature of your “dates”. Taking the traditional dating sim formula and turning it into an anything-goes date-a-thon where almost every household object is a potential relationship waiting to happen makes playing Date Everything! a unique absurdist experience. It does deal in genuinely heartfelt moments, too, but by embracing the surreal, Date Everything! offers something a bit different–unless you’ve already tried to date a washing machine. It’s a perfect pick for people who want flirtation and gamified relationshipping without taking things–or themselves–too seriously.
Max Gentlemen Sexy Business

If you’re looking for a bit of spicy charm wedged inside a management sim, Max Gentlemen Sexy Business is the ridiculously-named game for you. Surprisingly, the mash-up of seemingly unrelated genres really does work, resulting in a delightful blend of Victorian-themed absurdity, business management, and enough flirtation (and, frankly, full-frontal nudity) to get you hot under the collar.
In Max Gentlemen Sexy Business, you run a company while attempting to woo a charming cast of characters, each with their own stories and personality quirks. The game leans into innuendo and playful humor rather than explicit content, and offers management mechanics that tie directly into courting partners, creating a loop where romance fuels progress and vice versa. The cast is diverse and memorable (truly something for everyone), and the writing balances comedy with sincere character development as you try to reclaim your family’s honor (and collect sexy art for your “private collection”.
Boyfriend Dungeon

Another mash-up of genres here, as if dating wasn’t hard enough, with Boyfriend Dungeon’s merging of dungeon crawler and dating sim. If you’ve ever found yourself lusting over a sword, perhaps keep that to yourself and give this game a go.
To level up your battle equipment and weapons, you have to spend time with them–quality time. Get as far as you can through the dungeon, whacking villains, stacking up coins, and delving into the unknown, but if you hit a dead end you’ll need to put on your nicest clothes and start smooth talking. You’ll need to find out the best gifts for each date, as well as perfect your interactions with them and work out what they want to hear. On top of that, someone is going around kidnapping weapons… So you’ll have to figure that out, too. The gameplay loop of dungeon-to-dates has a surprisingly satisfying flow to it, and it’s a lot more fun to level up this way than just pressing a button.
A Date with Death

A Date with Death is a straightforward dating sim, there’s no hidden second genre here, but if you’re looking for something a little darker, or with a bit more edge, this is the spicy game for you. Death is coming for your soul and you have one week to convince him otherwise. You can decorate your apartment, create your own character, and then settle in for a fairly unusual visual novel/chat simulator experience about dating the Grim Reaper. You can even have a pet.
It’s not the spiciest game on the list but it’s moody and gothic and an experience you probably won’t find anywhere else. Death himself is alluring and witty, and you’ll have the time of your life (perhaps literally) getting flirty with him. The game is also free, so you lose nothing checking it out, but you might just gain a new bizarre love interest.
The Crush House

90s TV producer simulator The Crush House is a fun, flirty, and fairly camp exploration of reality-style drama. In it, you cast a variety of attractive contestants, craft drama-filled scenarios, and watch relationships bloom–or implode–under the camera’s watchful lens. Described as a “darkly comic thirst-person shooter”, each ‘season’ is unique based on the choices you’ve made, and you’ll need to balance the cast’s needs against the rabid expectations of a chaos-loving audience so you don’t get cancelled.
The spice comes from the heightened atmosphere of reality TV: aggressive flirting, playful tension, and undeniable character chemistry. While not explicit, the game leans into sexy tropes and adult humor. There’s also a weird situation backstage involving Crush Juice, and a few other mysteries that you’ll have to solve while no one is looking. Things have the potential to get a little dark.
Monster Prom 4: Monster Con

Monster Con is more of a cute cozy dating sim than a full-on sexy time, so if you’re in the market for something a little more tame, this latest instalment in the Monster Prom franchise will do nicely. The game takes place during–you guessed it–a convention, where monsters of all shapes, sizes, and sexuality come to make friends, buy nerdy stuff, and win hearts. You’ll have to make the right choices to win the hearts of your favourite monsters, with six to choose from and a limited time to bag yourself a date.
You can also play with friends using online or local multiplayer and compete for the same monsters, meaning a real love rival situation could arise…
Cyberpunk 2077

Of all the reasons you should play Cyberpunk 2077 (it’s hands-down one of the best PC games on the market), its spice level probably wasn’t what you were expecting. But don’t be distracted by the bright lights and big guns, there’s plenty of sexy content to be found in Night City. Whether you’re more of a quick hook-up kind of person, or you’d like to build and maintain an intimate relationship, Cyberpunk 2077 has you covered.
Sex is readily available in the city, either by paying for services, or pulling during a quick mission–complete with first-person view of the deed in various positions (nothing too pornographic, mind). If that’s what you’re after, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
