ARC Raiders could very well become one of the big hits of the end of the year. The new game by Embark Studios is currently playable as part of a free playtest until October 19.
On Steam, this trial version has seen an impressive peak of 189,668 simultaneous players, which makes it by far the most popular extraction shooter on Valve’s platform. For example, Gray Zone Warfare had 72,548 users connected at the same time, and Arena Breakout: Infinite had 66,007.
ARC Raiders will be available for the PS5, Xbox Series, and PC on October 30, 2025.
