The Switch 2 version of the excellent Super Mario Bros. Wonder was expected in spring 2026. Nintendo has finally announced that players will be able to enjoy it starting March 26. A paid upgrade will be available to owners of the Switch version.
The information was first announced via the Nintendo Today! mobile app, available on iOS and Android. In addition, three Amiibo figures—Mario Elephant, Poplin and Prince Florian, and Captain Toad and Flower—will go on sale on the same date.
Finally, the replica of the talking flower (which is compatible with 11 languages) will be released on March 12, 2026, at selected retailers.
