
A new batch of free games has just hit Steam, and now’s a great time to check them out.
If you’re just kicking off your Sunday morning gaming session, it might be wise for you to check out the latest batch of free games that have hit Steam.
These games range in genre, from bullet hell shooters to online PvP games, and are a good way to kill an hour or two if you’re looking to pass the time.
This new batch of nine free games on Steam includes the following:
- Touhou Mistystory, a free-to-play, single-player Touhou Project fan-made bullet hell shooter that blends light roguelike elements with modified gameplay mechanics.
- Robo Dolphin Escape, a side-scrolling adventure game where you must break out of a top-secret military operation and thwart an army of fish-like machines by collecting their power-ups.
- REDACT, a first-person adventure game set in the 1980s where you navigate a base and make choices which impact the ending of the game.
- Maloomify the Ocean, a relaxing puzzle game in which you must fulfill every need of your underwater inhabitants. Each inhabitant has their own personality, so it’s important to avoid complications. When all the inhabitants are happy, your game world expands and reveals new things to discover.
- My Building, an idle game where you become the proud owner of a building. Watch the building, collect XP and earn item drops to progress.
- Gazed, an online PVP game about finding other players before they find you. Use deception and information from a variety of unique abilities to gain an edge.
- RK Override, an hour-long fully voiced interactive narrative following Chimera, a Mecha Captain fighting in an endless war for their country’s future. Fight for control against your Mecha’s AI copilot (RK System) as you attempt to end the conflict – no matter the cost.
- BUS: Prologue, a co-op story-driven adventure featuring your very own bus! Fight zombies, gather resources, help other survivors, and solve puzzles.
- Channel 4 Midnight, a bite-sized psychological horror game about a wayward soul who seeks transformation through a sinister ritual.
