Konami has announced a Silent Hill f crossover with Koei Tecmo, as well as a manga adaptation featuring another canon ending.
Between the Silent Hill 2 remake and last year’s Silent Hill f the Silent Hill comeback tour is going very well, so much so that the series is now being celebrated by a rival horror franchise.
As announced by Konami and Koei Tecmo, the recent remake of Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly is getting free DLC based on Silent Hill f.
The DLC is only cosmetic, but it includes Shimizu Hinako’s Navy Sailor School Uniform as an outfit for Mio in Fatal Frame 2, along with a Fox Mask which can be applied to either Mio or Mayu.
Sadly, there’s no Fatal Frame 2 themed DLC for Silent Hill f, but as announced by Konami recently, there are plans for a manga adaptation.
The comic adaptation will be serialised by online magazine Young Ace Up and illustrated by Gōkin Ame. It will also feature a new ending written by Silent Hill f writer Ryukishi07. You can check out a still from the comic below, showing protagonist Shimizu Hinako in an anime style.

While there’s no details on what the new ending is like, Silent Hill f already has five endings which you unlock by fulfilling certain requirements. When this new manga comes out, that’ll bring the total number to six.
If you haven’t played Silent Hill f (and we strongly recommend you do), it’s currently 50% off on the PlayStation Store. Alternatively, if you want to pick up both Silent Hill f and Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly, a bundle containing both is 10% off on Steam.
Konami has recently said it hopes to release a new Silent Hill game every year. Silent Hill: Townfall developed by Screen Burn Interactive is planned for 2026, which brings the horror series to Scotland for the first time.
Beyond Silent Hill: Townfall, developer Bloober Team is working on a remake of the original Silent Hill, which is expected to launch in 2027.

This crossover sounds intriguing! It’s always exciting to see classic horror games come together. I’m looking forward to seeing how the two universes blend.
