A recent update to Escape from Tarkov has once again changed how the endgame works, specifically the number of spots available on the Zubr boat at the end of the final mission.
After initial criticism that only one player could escape, Battlestate Games adjusted the mechanics: in a team of three players or less, everyone can leave Tarkov, but for four or five players, the number of available seats is now random and can vary between three and five, which may force some to be left behind.
This makes the endgame consistently difficult and sometimes frustrating for large groups, as there is no guarantee that everyone will make it out together.
