The Game Awards 2025 are expected to bring us several big announcements on the night of December 11-12. And Remedy Entertainment could well be part of it.
After presenting Alan Wake 2 during the same ceremony in 2021, the Finnish studio could show the new Control this year. Indeed, Control Resonant was recently registered in Europe in the categories video game services and television and film series. It should be noted that the trademark is registered by Nordia Attorneys at Law, a law firm that works with Remedy.
While many are thinking of Control 2, it should be remembered that Annapurna Interactive is also working on an adaptation of the license into a series or film, so Control Resonant could just as easily be this project and not a video game.
