A 2024 Nintendo Switch console exclusive game is headed to PS5 and PS4, its developer has announced. Antonblast, billed as a āfast-paced, explosive action platformer,ā became a hit with players on both PC and Switch. PlayStation players can soon join the fun.

Developer Summitsphere and publisher Joystick Ventures announced the news during the Awesome Console Showcase yesterday. While Antonblast doesnāt have a firm release date on PS5 and PS4, it does have a release window of 2026.
Antonblast currently holds a Metacritic score of 87/100 and āoverwhelmingly positiveā rating on Steam based on more than 2,500 votes.
āAntonblast is a fast-paced explosive action platformer thatās all about destruction,ā reads an official overview. āPlay as the enraged Dynamite Anton (or his cranked-out coworker Annie) and use your Mighty Fān Hammer to demolish bizarre worlds, tussle with screen-filling bosses, and steal your Spirits back from Satan!
