Classics seem to be the theme of this week, as another fan-favorite PS1 game has been announced for the PS5 and PS4. Square Enix has given Limited Run Games its blessing to bring 2001 action adventure game Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix to modern platforms.

Originally developed by Kronos Digital Entertainment, Fear Effect 2 launched to positive reviews and holds a Metacritic score of 84/100. The classic is being revived by none other than Implicit Conversions, the company that partnered with Sony to release classics on PS Plus.
Fear Effect 2 will release both physically and digitally.
