In what comes as little surprise, a new leak suggests that Sony will be bundling GTA 6 with PS5 Pro when the game launches in May 2026. Sony’s pricey console hasn’t received a bundle since launch a year ago, but that’s set to change soon.
First PS5 Pro bundle leaked, GTA 6 bundle expected to follow
Reliable Dealabs user billbil-kun, who has an impeccable track record, reports that Sony is preparing to bundle the revised PS5 Pro model, which was also leaked recently, with a free copy of EA Sports FC 26 in Europe.
The revised PS5 Pro Slim, which is already on the market, will also receive a similar bundle. Both the PS5 Pro and PS5 Slim FC 26 bundles will reportedly become available later in October.
Considering PS5 Pro has begun receiving the bundle treatment, and Sony is known to promote PS5 consoles with the platform’s most-played games, billbil-kun reckons that a GTA 6 PS5 Pro bundle is highly likely.
Frankly, we’ll be surprised if Sony doesn’t offer a GTA 6 PS5 Pro bundle. There’s no better way to promote its pricey console than offering it with this generation’s most highly anticipated game. And we don’t foresee publisher Take-Two Interactive having any qualms with that either.
