The PlayStation Store’s features continue to grow on the PlayStation App, giving more ways for users to interact with the digital storefront. A new update for the PS App has been recently released, and it introduces a couple of great new features.

What are the new features on the PS App?

In Version 25.10.0 of the PS App, it introduced two new features: Wishlist Sort and Accessibility Labels. The first allows users to sort their wishlist by date added, name, or price. The second highlights accessibility features on game descriptions in the PS Store.

It should be noted that Version 25.10.0 of the PS App is in the process of being rolled out worldwide, so it may not be available for everyone just yet. As of this writing, it seems to be available for iOS devices, as it can be found on the app’s What’s New section on its App Store page.

The PS App and PS Store updates are typically few and far between, but when they hit, they seem to usually be useful. That same notion can be shared with its recently released PlayStation Family App, which allowed users to manage their PS5 and PS4 parental controls right from their mobile devices. When it was originally revealed, PlayStation users reacted positively, with one saying it was “a massive W” for Sony.

There are also moments when PS Store or PS App features don’t quite work as intended or are just removed entirely for a period of time. Back in June, we reported about the PS Store’s wishlist feature not working quite as intended. In July, we also reported about the Capture feature missing on the PS app.

However, as of now, both the PS Store and PS App seem to be in working order, which means players can wishlist at their own leisure.

The PS App is available to download for free on Android and iOS devices.
