A pair of PS Plus Extra and Premium December 2025 games have been revealed early. One of the main PS5 and PS4 catalog entries is a Rockstar Games title, and the other is a Bandai Namco Entertainment classic that was confirmed for Premium a while back.

As announced earlier today, PS3’s Red Dead Redemption 1 is getting another port. This time, for PS5. Rockstar Games has confirmed that all those who purchased the 2023 PS4 port will receive the PS5 upgrade for free.
But that’s not all! When RDR launches for PS5, it’ll be available in the PS Plus Extra catalog. Sony counts the release as part of its November games scheduled to go live starting Tuesday, the 18th. But given RDR PS5’s release date of December 2nd, it’ll be available just two weeks ahead of next month’s games.
As for the second game, it’s PS2 classic Soulcalibur III for PS5 and PS4. The game was announced for 2025 back in September, and given that we only have December left, expect it in next month’s lineup.
PS Plus Extra and Premium games typically go live on the third Tuesday of the month, so December’s catalog will be revealed on December 10th, followed by its release on the 16th.
