Sony is preparing to trim its PS Plus Extra catalog once again, with seven titles making their exit. While no specific departure date has been confirmed, removals typically line up with the next service refresh. The outgoing games include Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus The Awakening of Golden Jazz, Battlefield 5, Digimon Survive, Football Manager 2024 Console, Like a Dragon: Ishin, Synapse, and Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes.
As a reminder, PS Plus Extra differs from PS Plus Essential in a key way: games added through Extra are only available while they remain in the catalog. Once they’re removed, subscribers lose access–even if the titles were previously downloaded. This rotation keeps the library fresh, but it also means fans have limited time to play certain games before they are removed.
November’s removals arrive just as the October 2025 lineup launches, bringing a spooky seasonal slate that includes the Silent Hill 2 remake and Until Dawn.

It’s always a bit disappointing to see great games leaving the PS Plus Extra catalog. Battlefield 5 and Like A Dragon: Ishin have been popular choices, so hopefully, there will be some exciting new additions to look forward to soon!
