Announced more than five years ago, in September 2020, the remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is expected to be released very soon.
In its latest financial report, Ubisoft discussed the title, which has been in development hell for a while. In its release schedule, the French publisher plans to launch four productions during the fourth quarter of the 2025-2026 fiscal year. This list includes Rainbow Six Mobile, The Division Resurgence, an undisclosed game (which is expected to be the [remake of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag] (https://news.instant-gaming.com/en/articles/16223-assassin-s-creed-iv-black-flag-remake-is-set-to-be-released-in-march-2026)) and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake.
This means that these productions will be released between January 1 and March 31, 2026. Of course, we can’t rule out a delay at the last minute.
