Like other games released on the first Switch, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl had some issues on Switch 2 via backward compatibility.
Fortunately, these issues are now a thing of the past thanks to the console’s system update version 21.2.0, which was rolled out this week. Both versions were previously prone to unexpected crashes. This is no longer the case.
Another game called Cats on Duty is also running much better on the new console now.
It’s great to see that the bugs in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl have been addressed on the new Switch! It’s always a positive step when game developers improve the experience for players. Excited to see how the updates enhance gameplay!
