Bandai Namco has released a new patch for Little Nightmares III. Since its release on October 10, this third entry has suffered from plenty of issues that could very well impact the gaming experience.
This new free update, available for download already, improves performance on PC and adds support for Intel XeSS 2.0. It also solves some issues on PlayStation. Still on the subject of improvements, the publisher claims gameplay is now smoother when solving puzzles and interacting with objects. The behaviour of the AI companion has also been optimized.
Pathfinding, collision, and enemy animation issues during certain sequences have all been ironed out, and synchronization between the host and client in multiplayer has been improved. Other fixes have been made to the interface, trophies, and audio.
