Netflix made its debut on PS3 in November 2009 in the US via a Blu-ray disc. A native app was then rolled out in November 2010. In Europe, it wasn’t until 2014 that it arrived on Sony’s console.
Unfortunately, PS3 fans will soon no longer be able to use it to watch Netflix. The app will be removed from the console on March 2, 2026. Users will then need to use another device to access the SVOD service.
