NAKWON: Last Paradise, a PvPvE survival extraction game that takes place in a post-apocalyptic South Korea, won’t launch until 2027, according to a recent financial document from Nexon.
Until now, the game had simply been announced as “coming soon”. Thus, many were expecting a 2026 release. This delay comes despite very positive testing phases, with tens of thousands of concurrent players during a Steam demo. Development appears ambitious, with a commitment to further improving the game before its release.
With this in mind, the team is collaborating with Embark Studios, known for ARC Raiders, to enhance the gameโs potential and overall appeal.
