MSI’s GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING is making waves ahead of CES 2026

The CES Awards website has leaked some information ahead of schedule. Among the winners of the 2026 edition (to be held January 6-9) is the GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING Series graphics card.

According to its description on the event website, this GPU, designed by MSI in collaboration with NVIDIA, has a dual-connector power supply capable of delivering “up to 1600W to a reinforced high-power PCB and premium VRM”. This configuration offers high computing density and considerable overclocking headroom.

Other technical specifications include a liquid cooling system with a cold plate, pump, hybrid density radiator, and axial fan. There is even a display and mobile app for viewing presets and GPU status.

We will now have to wait until CES 2026 to find out the launch date and price of the GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING Series.
