Monster Hunter Wilds’ Halloween-Themed Dreamspell Festival Starts on October 22nd

The next limited-time seasonal event for Monster Hunter Wilds begins tomorrow, October 22nd, with the Festival of Accord: Dreamspell. Don’t let the name fool you – this is a Halloween celebration with spooky rewards. Check out the trailer below.

The Grand Hub is decorated, as always, and players can partake in new and returning limited-time quests. Dreamspell tickets can be earned to craft the new Dreamwalker α Series hunter armor and the Meowrionette α Series Palico gear. You can also obtain additional Lucky Vouchers and Barrel Bowling Vouchers while purchasing Provisions (including the Spectral Barrel Bomb at a discount).

As for the new limited login rewards, there’s a new Pumpkin Head gesture, a Living Doll Caparison for the Seikret, a nameplate, background, pose, and titles. If that wasn’t enough, a new permanent event quest, “Be Cursed, Ye Shadowy Flame,” is live, which involves slaying an Arch-tempered Nu Udra. The materials will go towards crafting the Nu Udra γ Series and Felyne Udra γ Series sets.

Head here for more details. The Dreamspell festival ends on November 12th for all players with a new Title Update coming in December, adding the game’s first Elder Dragon, Gogmazios. Stay tuned for additional details (likely at The Game Awards) in the meantime.
