It was only a matter of time Life is Strange: Reunion got formally revealed, and that time is now. The next entry in the fan-favorite Square Enix adventure game has been announced, and it is coming sooner than we thought.
When is the Life Is Strange: Reunion PS5 release date?
Revealed during today’s livestream, Life is Strange: Reunion will release for PS5 on March 26. Players interested can preorder the Deck Nine-developed game now on the PlayStation Store.
As the initial PEGI leak revealed, Life is Strange: Reunion will see the return of Chloe Price, protagonist Max Caufield’s best friend from the first game, which launched over 10 years ago. This entry will be the “finale to the Max and Chloe saga. Players will use Max’s Rewind powers and Chloe’s “Backtalk” ability as they alternate between the two characters as the story unfolds. Here is a full description of the game:
“Chloe Price was Max Caulfield’s partner in time… Losing her is Max’s greatest regret. Now Chloe has come to Caledon University. Haunted by nightmares and impossible memories, Chloe needs Max’s help. But Max is already in crisis: in three days, a deadly inferno will destroy the campus. Max’s Rewind power has bought her time – but she can’t prevent the blaze alone. The fire will force Max and Chloe to make devastating decisions. Can they find a future together… Before everything burns?”
Life is Strange: Reunion costs $39.99. The Deluxe Edition, which includes the game, Digital Mini Soundtrack, Digital Art Book, Digital Comic, and Behind the Scenes Documentary, costs $49.99. There is also a Life is Strange: Reunion Twin Pack that costs $59.99 that includes Standard Editions of the upcoming entry and Life is Strange: Double Exposure.
