Julian Gerighty, executive producer of The Division, joins Battlefield Studios

After more than 27 years at Ubisoft, including 12 as creative director and executive producer at Massive Entertainment, Julian Gerighty has announced his departure.

In a statement, the French publisher thanked Gerighty, who was one of the main people responsible for the success of The Division. He is joining Battlefield Studios, which lost its leader Vince Zampella last month following a car accident.

Ubisoft has made it clear that Julian Gerighty’s departure will not affect the future of The Division 2, The Division 2: Survivors, The Division Resurgence, and The Division 3.
