Brazilian gamers have seen a major change this week. The Digital Law on Children and Adolescents was passed in Brazil and went into effect on Monday, March 16. As a result, there are some new restrictions in place now.
Rockstar Games has announced that it is no longer possible to purchase digital games from its online store or via the Rockstar Games Launcher. However, the games remain available for purchase on the PlayStation Store, the Microsoft Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Brazilian players who already own Rockstar titles via the company’s launcher can continue to play them as usual.
Finally, Shark Cards and gold bars remain available.
