Introducing the Razer Boomslang 20th Anniversary Edition, a mouse that costs more than an iPhone 17 Pro

To afford certain gaming devices or peripherals, you sometimes need to sell a kidney! Razer has reminded us of this with a brand new mouse designed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first model marketed by the brand.

Only 1,337 Razer Boomslang mice will be sold worldwide starting February 11 at the exorbitant price of $1,337. By comparison, an iPhone 17 Pro costs €1,329 and a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra costs €1,249.

All too often, rarity alone is used to justify the excessive prices of certain products, and the Razer Boomslang seems to be no exception. To make it easier to swallow, it comes with a Razer Mouse Dock Pro, a carrying case, and an LED display frame.

As for the mouse itself, it is equipped with a second-generation Razer Focus Pro sensor capable of reaching 45,000 DPI. Razer HyperPolling technology provides a frequency of 8,000 Hz. It also features eight programmable buttons and an ambidextrous design.
