How to Open Bolted Vent (Basement Workshop) in RE9

After the Girl takes Emily to the basement in Resident Evil Requiem, Grace must follow her into the underground section of the Care Center. The objective is to find Emily and eventually return to the Quartz door. After the cutscene in the Holding Cells, players must remove a Joint Plug to activate the room west of the Holding Cells. This leads to the Workshop, where they will spot a bolted vent in the right corner. The game states that a tool is required to open it; however, the solution to this RE9 puzzle is much simpler than it seems.
