The Legendary Pokemon, Zygarde, will make appearances throughout the story of Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Unfortunately, you will not be able to catch it until you get to the post-game after the credits roll. Plus, you’ll have to first catch Xerneas and Yveltal in two seperate missions.
