Hell Is Us Guide – All 16 Drone Module Locations

Drone Modules are necessary enhancements for the KAPI Drone in Hell Is Us, which improve everything from mobility to combat capability. Getting a hold of each type in either tier will require some careful looting though.

This guide for Hell Is Us is a definitive listing of all 8 types of Drone Modules, in both Base and Elite variants, for a total of sixteen. Acquiring just eight distinct Drone Modules, one of either variant, will earn you the trophy/achievement “Tech Savvy”.

Death From Above (Base)

Unit lifts the user to a dominant altitude that can be leveraged into an aerial assault

Search the body in the general vicinity of Agatha’s corpse near the Timeloop in Vyssa Hills

Death From Above (Elite)

In Marastan en route to the camp, bear left on the path toward the structures. Search the crate near the rusty shed.

Behind the house with a white pickup truck outside and a black hatchback inside a fenced-off garage, far southwest of the starting point.

Distract (Base)

Unit emits amplified Lymbic Resonances, rapidly oscillating between emotional signatures, overwhelming the faculties of targeted Lymbic Entity and incapacitating it in the process.

Distract (Elite)

Upon completion of the Lax Security Mystery in Auriga Museum.

Entropic Field (Base)

Unit emits a resonant wave of high-frequency Lymbic particles, capable of shattering proximate Lymbic projectiles.

Search the passenger seat’s hidden under-compartment in the APC.

Entropic Field (Elite)

Search the corpse lying in the open at the Lethe National Library.

Forward Charge (Base)

Unit propels the user towards a target, resulting in high-velocity impact force to all Lymbic Entities in its trajectory.

Search a corpse lying between two stone carvings in the Acasa Marshes.

Forward Charge (Elite)

Search another corpse lying on the street between two minibuses at the school located in Talju.

Rearguard (Base)

Unit enters a state of high alert, releasing a high-voltage discharge to stagger Lymbic Entities approaching the user.

Collected from a corpse upon completion of the Lymbic Door Mystery in Senedra.

Rearguard (Elite)

Search the body in the ground floor offices of the Ministry of Cultural Primacy at Lethe. Descend through a hole in the floor of the upper level to access this area.

Shockwave (Base)

Unit emits a blast of low-frequency Lymbic Resonance, capable of destabilizing multiple proximate Lymbic Entities.

Search a corpse discovered in the cave network at Jeljin.

Shockwave (Elite)

Collected from a tent upon completion of the Observation Outpost 08 Mystery in Acasa Marshes.

Surge Step (Base)

Unit attaches to the user’s back while deploying its propellers for maximum propulsion, assisting with accelerated tactical evasive maneuvers.

Search a corpse lying near Vitalis in Vyssa Hills.

Surge Step (Elite)

Search the B3 Drone Lab in the Drone Workshop at Auriga Museum.

Whirlwind (Base)

Unit spins the user. An extended weapon will cause extensive damage to proximate Lymbic Entities.

Search the body right at the start of the tunnel in Acasa Marshes.

Whirlwind (Elite)

Located in a room on the B1 Training Room level in Auriga Museum.

Those are all sixteen variants of the Drone Modules and their locations in Hell Is Us.
