Heart Machine lays off staff ahead of upcoming game release

Already affected by layoffs in early October following the discontinuation of development on Hyper Light Breaker, Heart Machine has once again parted ways with part of its teams.

The studio, which will launch Possessor(s) on November 11, carried out these layoffs on October 28 and 29. Two employees confirmed the information on the social network Bluesky.

At this time, Heart Machine has not issued an official statement. We therefore do not know how many people have been affected.
