We finally know the identity of the actor tasked to play Kratos in the God of War series. The adaptation produced by Amazon will run for at least two seasons and could begin filming as early as March.
This week, Prime Video announced on social media that Ryan Hurst will play Kratos. The 49-year-old American actor is known for his roles in The Walking Dead and Sons of Anarchy, in which he plays Opie Winston. More surprisingly, he was a paratrooper in Steven Spielberg’s legendary film Saving Private Ryan.
No further information has been released about the God of War series.
