Secretlab is very well known for its expert quality gaming/office chairs. Our CGM offices have always featured at least two chairs from the company, one always being EIC Brendan Frye’s daily driver, no matter how many other chairs roll past his desk. They are known for their comfort, high-quality materials and premium style, like the Secretlab TITAN Evo NanoGen Edition I just reviewed, for example, with its ultra-soft, ultra-resilient leatherette finish.

The brand just oozes style, but they are doing more than just chairs. There is an entire ecosystem under the Secretlab name, and we can’t gatekeep it anymore. You’ve seen the desk here on CGM and all over the web, but they also feature an entire line of ottomans to round out your desk setup. Whether you want something more customizable and movable, or something baked into your Secretlab TITAN Evo, the company has built an ottoman for you.

The good news is that, to go along with my Secretlab TITAN Evo NanoGen Edition, the company sent me over all of their ottoman offerings to test out: the Secretlab OTTO Adjustable Legrest, the Secretlab Professional Footrest, the Secretlab Premium Footrest and the Secretlab Ergonomic Recliner Add-on. I have been living in luxury the last few weeks, as each of these features their signature PlushCell Memory Foam, crisp style and subtle branding that we have come to love from the company.

Here are Secretlab’s Ottoman options to really step up your setup:

Secretlab Ergonomic Recliner Add-on

This is the perfect spot to start on our Secretlab Ottoman list, especially if you’re just looking to dip your toe in to test the waters. The Ergonomic Recliner Add-on attaches to the bottom of your chair, fitting all TITAN Evo sizes, the OMEGA 2020, the TITAN 2020 and the TITAN XL 2020. Designed exclusively for the company’s chairs, you do need to own one of these models to make use of it, but installation was literally complete in minutes, which is worth the price of admission alone.

The Secretlab Ergonomic Recliner Add-on is designed with PlushCell Memory Foam, which contours to your leg arch for ultimate comfort. The material on this is so lush and soft, I caught myself petting it more than once. It features an up to 80-degree angle of adjustment to suit your needs and can be neatly tucked underneath the chair when not in use, which is great for those with small spaces. It’s even certified with the United States Ergonomics!

This originally launched in October 2024, with an exclusive early release for fans, coming with a bougie Founder’s Edition metal plate and an additional cooling gel layer, but the regular version has now been released for $249, and you can pick it up here.

Secretlab Premium Footrest

The Secretlab Premium Footrest is perhaps the simplest of the ottoman line-up, but that isn’t to say it isn’t packed with features. This option is built with dual-density foam, meaning the base is constructed from Cold-Cure Foam, then coated with PlushCell Memory Foam. Cushy is the best word to describe it. The inner core helps distribute weight and support your feet during long sessions at your desk during work or gaming. The breathable velour finish feels so nice under your feet, and the gentle curve of the rest fits the curve of your feet perfectly.

What I like most about this option is that it’s an excellent option for those of us for whom standard gaming chairs aren’t built. It is rare that I can put my feet flat on the floor, as I am 5’1” and these chairs are often built for people with a minimum height of 5’4”. The Premium Footrest gives me those extra couple of inches I need to sit comfortably at my desk. For those of you with some height, the footrest still offers a place to rest while elevating your feet with its superellipse design.

You can nab the Secretlab Professional Footrest, which comes in at $109, and can be used with any setup and any chair, bringing a little bit of that Secretlab style to your home or office.

Secretlab Professional Footrest

The Secretlab Professional Footrest is leaning back into the premium price range, but absolutely leans into those premium features as a trade-off. For starters, it features Secretlab CloudSwap technology, allowing you to quickly swap out different magnetic footrest tops based on your needs. By default, the PlushCell Memory Foam top is included, which is lush and soft, much like the Ergonomic Recliner Add-on. However, if you wear shoes in the home or are using this in the office, you may not want to put your shoes on it; instead, pop that off and use the harder surface, which doesn’t have a fabric cover.

The real selling point for the Professional Footrest, or Footrest Pro as it is also known, is the ability to swap between Dynamic or Stationary Mode. Dynamic gives you a 30° range of motion to support the way you move while sitting. Easily pop that into Stationary Mode to lock the footrest anywhere between a +15° to -15° angle based on your comfort. If you’re short, like me, you can even purchase their Rubber Base Extender to raise the overall height, which adjusts between 110mm and 130mm.

The Secretlab Professional Footrest is available for $249 on their official website.

Secretlab OTTO Adjustable Legrest

The Secretlab OTTO Adjustable Legrest is the king of this collection—seriously, my family fights over it. Meant to be used with your Secretlab chair, the OTTO can realistically fit any chair you choose; it’s just that adjustable. I have even brought it over to my couch for some console gaming sessions, making it a really versatile piece of furniture. Allowing for height adjustments between 39cm and 47cm or incline adjustments of 0° to 30°, the Secretlab OTTO Adjustable Legrest can suit any setup and any position you’re comfortable in.

We have talked about the PlushCell Memory Foam already, but here, it is at its best. The cushion is smooth and cozy, and even features an ergonomic indent that fits your legs perfectly. I keep the legrest flush to my chair like a complete extension, but it can also be placed further away for those who are taller. I love that it gives me the freedom to sit with my legs up, on an angle, and because of its width and how soft and comfortable it is, I can sit cross-legged or in other interesting positions—it happens more than you think. Can confirm, kitties love it too, and there is enough space for both of us!

The Secretlab OTTO Adjustable Legrest is the most premium of the footrests and comes in at $349, but it really does earn that price.

Secretlab knows that in 2025, our desk space tends to be where we spend most of our time, whether it’s working, gaming or both. They have put careful thought into the Secretlab ecosystem between chairs and desks, and now it’s time to get a little bit more comfortable with the Secretlab footrest line-up.
