New leaks from Fortnite are hinting at a major crossover with a beloved animated series in the near future, with SpongeBob SquarePants reportedly set to hit the battle royale. The Epic Games shooter has made waves with its crossovers throughout recent months, between its Halloween festivities and the newest mini-season. Fortnite officially concluded its massive “Fortnitemares” Halloween event this week, after adding more than twenty new skins, with Epic Games rolling out a brand-new mini-season for the battle royale themed around The Simpsons. Now, another massively popular cartoon will reportedly be receiving a collaboration with Fortnite.
