Last week, Aspyr released a free update for Tomb Raider I-III Remastered. It mainly added a challenge mode and new outfits for Lara Croft. Unfortunately, these outfits have been heavily criticized by players.
Backed by screenshots, one user complained about the poor quality of the adventurer’s new outfits. The sunglasses look blurry, Lara’s accessories overlap with her clothing, the textures are pixelated, and the straps appear to have been painted rather than rendered in 3D.
Worse still, inconsistent symbols (possibly generated by AI) have been spotted. It remains to be seen whether Aspyr will fix these issues.
