Fallout 4 gets a new patch a decade after its debut

Bethesda has released a new update for Fallout 4, more than 10 years after its initial release in 2015, on the same day as the premiere of season 2 of the Fallout series on Amazon Prime. The patch focuses primarily on game stability and user interface improvements.

It fixes various save and load issues, as well as display bugs on ultrawide screens and performance issues on Steam Deck. The update also includes localization fixes for various languages.

The improvements are aimed at making the experience smoother, particularly in menus and when using Creations content. The update applies to all platforms on which Fallout 4 is available. This is a rare event for such an old game, showing that Bethesda continues to keep it active for players.
