Bethesda Softworks will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Fallout 4 with an “Anniversary Edition.” It will arrive on November 10 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC. A Switch 2 version has also been confirmed for 2026.
This “Anniversary Edition” will include the base game, its six official expansions, and over 150 community-created items. These include unique weapons, Pip-Boys, companions, and much more.
