We’ll be hearing more from Embracer Group with the announcement of a major title. During the presentation of its financial results, the Swedish company didn’t miss the opportunity to tease a project that many are eagerly awaiting.
Embracer has promised to reveal “long awaited, major game” during the next financial year, which runs from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Of course, the company has given no clues as to the identity of the title in question.
Among the potential candidates is a new Metro game that has been in development at 4A Games for several years. Embracer also owns licenses such as Dead Island, Darksiders, and Tomb Raider.
