Easy Tip Makes Money Fast and Early in Crimson Desert

Crimson Desert has a way that you can get rich quickly at the very start of the game, which should make life in Pywel much easier. Well, at least to begin with.

The fantasy RPG, Crimson Desert, developed and published by the indie studio Pearl Abyss, has been a long time coming and judging by its critical reception, it’s been worth the wait.

Crimson Desert was announced in 2019, a year after Bethesda announced The Elder Scrolls VI at E3 2018. Yet, we’ve not seen a trailer for the next entry in Bethesda’s fantasy series, let alone knowing when it will be released.

We Scored Crimson Desert 8/10!

“It left me in awe more times than anything else I’ve played in recent memory with its dazzling open-world,” said GAMINGbible’s Kate in her review. “Crimson Desert may not be the best game you’ll ever play, but it’ll certainly be up there as perhaps the most memorable.”

How to Get Rich Quickly in Crimson Desert!

As brought to our attention by the content creator AGAXB, there’s a hidden chest early in the game that will make life much easier to begin with. However, you will have to sneak into a guarded area, so it will require your best Solid Snake sneaky skills.

To claim the treasure chest of goodness, AGAXB explains that you must first go to the Royal Trading Post in front of Hernan Castle and within a hut is a chest (the first of two).

This chest has a couple of keys, a bandit mask and other helpful items to claim. However, it’s the bandit mask that is the most vital of items from this particular chest.

After you’ve looted this chest, equip the bandit mask and head to heavily guarded Crest Manor. Once you sneak past the guards, climb into a window, and this leads you into a building with precious silver coins.

Now, walk downstairs in the building, and distinguish the well-lit fireplace, and it is here where you’ll find a gold bar. Finally, go to the Hernando Bank and sell your acquired gold bar for 500 silver coins. Happy days!

It’s perhaps worth mentioning that AGAXB provided the following update in the comments section of the guide video: “If you need a bandit mask and it wasn’t in that crate for you, there is a ‘back alley shop’ South East of Hernan, you can also get one from a bandit.

Crimson Desert is out now on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
