After plenty of rumors on the matter, Discord’s IPO could become a reality in the near future. Bloomberg has revealed that the company has filed documents in the United States.
This filing was made confidentially for a listing on the US stock exchange. For the moment, deliberations are reportedly underway, and Discord may not even go public as a result of this procedure.
In a brief statement, a spokesperson for Discord sidestepped the issue, saying that “the company’s goal remains to provide the best possible experience for users and to build a strong and sustainable business”.
