Alinea Analytics has revealed some very impressive figures regarding Steam. The store enjoyed another hugely successful month in December 2025.
The PC game distribution platform generated $1.6 billion in revenue last month. which represents a healthy 22% increase over the same period in 2024. This growth was driven by certain games.
Among Steam’s recent best sellers is Detroit: Become Human. Although released on the store in June 2020, Quantic Dream’s title sold an additional 933,000 copies between December 21 and January 5. The game was then offered for only $4.
During the same period, ARC Raiders sold 1.2 million units.
