You can download three new perks right now for Cyberpunk 2077 that make a very useful quality of life improvement.
Despite its very troublesome launch, Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best sci-fi RPGs in recent times. In fact, some might argue that the popular title from CD Projekt RED might be one of the best games of all time. Hey, itās subjective, and we all know that video games cater for all varieties.
The rise of Cyberpunk 2077 should be studied for years to come. A game that launched in such a broken state on console with a ton of missing features and bugs galore, Sony removed it from sale from its PlayStation Store for about six months.
Sure, Cyberpunk 2077 still wasn’t perfect when it relaunched on PlayStation, and it was still a mess on PS4, but on PlayStation 5, at least via backwards compatibility, its potential was finally showing.
That being said, after a series of content updates, which included the long-awaited native free new-gen update on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S and its Phantom Liberty expansion, itās probably fair to say that today, Cyberpunk 2077 has gotten to the point where it may have exceeded many expectations.
āI really canāt say enough good things about Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. It fills me with joy to be able to report that this is a deeply ambitious expansion that fires on all cylinders and never delivers anything less than a stellar experience,ā said GAMINGbible in our review.
Modders Help to Improve Cyberpunk 2077

Another reason why Cyberpunk 2077 remains such a fantastic game to play, other than the official content updates, is thanks to the ever-vibrant modding community. Whether itās bug fixes, new dialogue, quests, or visual improvements, modders have you covered.
One such newly released mod is called āRunning Man – New Sprinting Perksā, created by RMK, and itās free to download right now via NexusMods. This mod probably does exactly what you’d expect, and it should make a big improvement to the gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077.
āAdds three new sprinting-focused perks to the Body perk tree, allowing you to ādouble sprintā, run in any direction, and make melee attacks while sprinting,ā reads the description of the mod.
Sadly, as is the case with most mods, this is a PC exclusive. But we can still enjoy Cyberpunk 2077 as intended on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2. Just stay away from those pesky last-gen versions.
