Keanu Reeves has never hidden his desire to reprise the role of Johnny Silverhand in the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077. Although it will require some creative storytelling to justify his appearance, a return seems more likely than ever.
Mike Pondsmith, who created the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop game and served as a consultant on the video game, participated in a live stream organized by CD Projekt RED. During the broadcast, he revealed that he was open to Keanu Reeves returning in Cyberpunk 2.

Of course, we’ll have to be patient to find out if the Canadian actor will work with the Polish studio again. The latter is currently focusing on The Witcher 4.
