Cult Of The Lamb Brings Sects And Violence To iOS Today

Apple Arcade subscribers can look forward to an eclectic selection of new games today, as ninja action, sects education, and a trip to Bikini Bottom have all been added to the service. The main event game this month is Cult of the Lamb, a delightful blend of roguelike dungeon-crawling and base-building.

If you haven’t tried it out yet, Apple Arcade is a subscription program similar to Xbox Game Pass. It costs $7 per month and offers 200+ licensed and original games to play on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. You can try it out for free for one month, and if you’ve purchased a new Apple device, you’ll receive three months of Apple Arcade for free.

Cult of the Lamb: Arcade Edition

A critically acclaimed game since it first launched in 2022, Cult of the Lamb: Arcade Edition includes every major update and DLC expansion released to date, as well as new follower forms and base decorations that will be exclusive to the iOS version of the game. If you haven’t played it, Cult of the Lamb is a deceptively cute roguelike, where you take on the role of an adorable lamb that has been sacrificed to dark gods and resurrected by an outcast deity. As its herald, it’s up to you to build a new following for your master, grow your power, and sacrifice the occasional follower in a dark ceremony.

Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss

In case you missed it, real-time action strategy game Glassbreakers: Champions of Moss launched on November 13 for Apple Vision Pro and is now in the Apple Arcade library.

SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit 2

Another highlight this month is SpongeBob: Patty Pursuit 2, as the lovable Krusty Krab frycook has to team up with the devious Plankton to save Bikini Bottom. The duo will have to work together to recover the Krusty Krab’s missing fry cook station and locate Plankton’s mysteriously vanished inventions.

PowerWash Simulator

Apple Arcade subscribers can pick up a high-pressure cleaner for some zen-like fun in PowerWash Simulator. The game has a simple premise, as you’re tasked with completing various dirty jobs around town with your trusty cleaning equipment. The Apple Arcade version of the game has been optimized with touch controls and gyroscope support to make the art of high-pressure water-cleaning feel seamless on iOS devices, and players can also take on additional post-launch jobs like cleaning up SpongeBob’s pineapple home.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm+

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm+ brings the cult-classic 3D fighting game series to iOS. The game retells pivotal moments from Naruto’s early storyline, and several new features have been added to make the game easier to play on mobile devices.

Subway Surfers

If you need something that you can play on autopilot, you can grab Subway Surfers for some endless running distractions.
